UNITYacademy for our employees

The UNITYacademy is a central component of our opportunities for development and training. Numerous seminars and training courses promote the skills of our employees in the areas of communication, project management, conflict management and personality development. In addition, the UNITYacademy offers in-depth technical and methodological training. In this way, we ensure that all of our consultants possess not only a high level of professional competence, but also a high level of social competence.

Starting from the rank of senior consultant onwards, there are four different career paths:

Team leaders are responsible for managing and developing consultants.
Business area managers focus on customer management and new customer acquisition.
Product managers develop market needs, service offerings and market access, manage competence requirements, and are responsible for partner management.
Managers of complex projects take over the management of major customer projects.
Experts focus on technical and methodological excellence in projects.

In addition, excellent employees have the opportunity to take on the development of new business areas or opening a new branch office. Or do you have the entrepreneurial spirit in you? It is also possible for you to become the managing director of a spin-off company. To round off your further development, we provide individual continuous training measures and dissertations.

An Active Network for Former Employees

Once a UNITY, always a UNITY! We are convinced that we can achieve more together. This is why we want to continue to support our employees in their personal and professional development even after they have finished their active time with us. We organize regulary occuring alumni events and invite our alumni to our office events to maintain personal contact with them. In addition, alumni have the opportunity to participate in training courses and presentations that are relevant to them, or even participate as speakers at UNITY events.
