Are you about to graduate from high school and want to start working right away? Whether your area of interest is in business, information technology or design – with an apprenticeship at UNITY, you not only lay the foundation for your future, but can also shape it according to your own ideas.
From the very beginning, we place great importance on training that is well-founded and all-encompassing for our employees. That’s why we focus on connecting theoretical knowledge from the vocational school with practical content. Together, we rely on innovative learning concepts and environments. You learn using modern tools and methods, and develop many skills that will help you later in your career, such as teamwork, independence, commitment and problem-solving skills. We support your individual development through the targeted use of training courses, seminars and team events. In addition, your supervisors, our employees from the individual departments and HR are always there to support you with their know-how. You will be trained in our internal departments. For example, you will work as a Media Designer* in the Marketing & Communications department or as an IT Specialist* in the Information and Communication Technology department. As an Industrial Business Assistant*, you will work in our business departments.
Your training will last a total of three years. However, if your performance at school and in the company is good or very good, you can reduce your training by half a year.

Do you want to study and gain practical experience at the same time? With a dual study program at UNITY, you can combine theory with exciting practical experience from day one. The dual challenge not only promotes your own development, but also gives you a head start in your career.
How does the dual study program work? During the lecture period at DHBW Stuttgart, you will develop your theoretical knowledge. The lectures take place in small groups of about 30 students. This means that you benefit from optimal learning conditions and can exchange ideas directly with professors and lecturers with practical experience. During the semester break, you will be assigned to various departments at UNITY. These exciting assignments allow you to put into practice what you have learned and to deepen your knowledge. The theoretical and practical phases alternate every three months.
We support you throughout your dual studies – both in your personal and professional development, by supporting your training or a practical phase abroad, and financially. In addition to their training allowance, our dual students receive an additional amount of money that ensures your financial independence.

During your training as an industrial business assistant*, you will work in different areas of the company and be fully integrated into the respective business processes. You will take on your first responsibilities and will also be able to play an active role in shaping your training. Is your life full of bits and bytes? Are you an IT professional at home? You are no stranger to Leetspeak or C#? Do you want to develop your own programs? In your apprenticeship as an IT Specialist*, you will create and implement complex systems in the hardware and software area of information and telecommunications technology. You will be involved in project planning and implementation. As an IT specialist* trainee at UNITY, you will be part of a highly motivated team and will be involved in projects to introduce the latest technologies from the very first day of your training.
Do you have a talent for design and creativity? During your training as a media designer* for digital and print with us, you will be able to fully utilize and develop these skills right from the start. During your training, you’ll learn and perfect how to use all the programs for creating print and non-print products – from the first sketch of an idea, through design conception and customer consulting, to computer-aided realization. This includes brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements for newspapers and magazines, and other printed materials, as well as digital photography, web design, and HTML.

In deiner Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker* erstellst und realisierst du komplexe Systeme im Hard- und Softwarebereich der Informations- und Telekommunikationstechnik. Du bist an der Projektplanung und durchführung beteiligt. Als Auszubildender Fachinformatiker* bei UNITY wirst du Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams und wirkst vom ersten Tag der Ausbildung an bei Projekten zur Einführung der neuesten Technologien mit.
Gestalterisches Talent und Kreativität zählen zu deinen ausgeprägten Stärken? In deiner Ausbildung zum Mediengestalter* für Digital und Print bei uns kannst du diese Fähigkeiten von Beginn an voll einsetzen und weiterentwickeln. Du erlernst und perfektionierst während deiner Ausbildung den Umgang mit allen Programmen zur Erstellung von Print und Non-Print-Produkten – von der ersten Ideenskizze über die Gestaltungskonzeption und Kundenberatung bis zur rechnergestützten Realisation. Dazu gehören Broschüren, Flyer, Plakate, Anzeigen für Zeitungen und Zeitschriften sowie weitere Drucksachen genauso wie Digitalfotografie, Webdesign und HTML.
Du startest top organisiert in den Tag? Den Überblick zu behalten, fällt dir leicht? Du willst die ganze Bandbreite an kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten in eines Unternehmens erleben? In deiner Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann* durchläufst du unterschiedliche Bereiche des Unternehmens und bist dabei in den jeweiligen kaufmännischen Arbeitsabläufen voll integriert. Hierbei übernimmst du erste Verantwortung und kannst deine Ausbildung außerdem aktiv mitgestalten.
