I started working as a consultant at UNITY Competence Center Product & Service Innovation in 2017. Since then, what I was told during my interviews has been confirmed: At UNITY, you really can shape things as an ‘entrepreneur within the company.’ In addition to many exciting projects in the areas of innovation, processes and change management, UNITY has also shaped my personal development.
When choosing an employer, it was particularly important for me to be able to pursue my various private interests in addition to my professional projects. For example, after the Munich Marathon, the Hermannslauf (cross-country run with about 500 meters of altitude), getting married and remodeling my house, I am currently training to become a yoga teacher in order to dive even deeper into my favorite pastime. But also my interest in foreign cultures did not come too short in the last years. We have visited Australia, New Zealand and Taiwan, among others.
